Respected Member of the Community
Robert is respected member of the community that has deep ties to El Paso and the Borderland. His ties to the El Paso Community go all the way back to the the very beginnings of Paso Del Norte. He is pictured here with Lt. Colonel Robert E. Chisolm, an El Paso Legend and a Member of the 82nd Airborne Hall of Fame.
Over 35 Years Fighting for Justice
Robert has tried over 150 jury trials in both State and Federal Courts. He has successfully fought and won numerous high profile cases to include securing an acquittal in the EPISD scandal case and recently fought and won jury trials in Federal Court regarding the newly created Military Protection Zone. Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that is unmatched in this race.
Oral Arguments at the 5th Circuit
The 168th District Court needs a person with experience. Robert has argued before the 5th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeal, and has appeared in Federal Courts in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, Illinois, Florida, Louisiana, and Kansas. He has filed briefs with the United States Supreme Court and was a briefing Attorney for the Honorable Lucius D. Bunton III., former Chief Judge of the Western District of Texas.
